• Architected and deployed enterprise-grade conversational AI systems and 3D digital twin avatar receptionists for corporate clients. Integrated advanced LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude) with low-latency voice APIs (Vapi, Retell AI) to build autonomous front-desk kiosk systems. Developed secure backend pipeline automations using Python and n8n, connecting interactive widgets directly to HubSpot and calendar systems. Reduced client customer service labor costs by an average of 40% through intelligent web application design.
