The exterior must be upholstered in premium fabric, pulled tight and finished with flawless double-stitching. All exposed wooden legs must be sanded smooth and coated with an open-pore matte PU walnut finish. Final products must undergo strict quality control inspection and be wrapped in protective PE foam before factory dispatch.
