Mapping and mission-planning software for Android and desktop on one Kotlin Multiplatform codebase (product details under NDA). Removed UI freezes on imports of 1,500-10,000 objects with batched writes, off-main-thread conflict detection and indexed lookups instead of quadratic scans. Automated tests, including Playwright, plus logging and monitoring for field issues.

Cut P95 latency on order-list endpoints by profiling PostgreSQL queries with EXPLAIN ANALYZE, adding targeted indexes and removing N+1 queries. Moved notification dispatch to a job queue (Redis, AWS SQS) with retries and dead-letter handling, rebuilt large PDF reports as streaming background jobs, and added tests, structured logging and error monitoring.
