What programming language are Shopify Functions written in?
Shopify Functions use languages like JavaScript or Rust compiled to WebAssembly. They run faster and are more scalable than old Scripts. You don’t need to worry about code; I handle development and deployment completely.
What if I have very complex custom discount logic?
Complex logic is fine. I handle tiered discounts, VIP pricing, mix-and-match offers, special shipping rules and payment method conditions. Share your current Scripts or logic and I’ll confirm exactly what can be migrated before you order.
