Responsible for the administration, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Exchange Server 2016, 2019, and Subscription Edition (SE) environments across enterprise infrastructures. Monitored Exchange server health, performance metrics, and transport services to maintain high availability and reliability. Performed mailbox database creation, mounting only. Executed new Exchange Server deployments and post-installation configuration. Managed IIS configuration and Exchange virtual directories, including modification and recreation where required. Resolved Free/Busy synchronization issues between on-premises and Exchange Online environments. Troubleshot and remediated migration endpoint configuration issues. Diagnosed and resolved MAPI/RPC and MAPI/HTTP protocol-related connectivity problems. Identified and corrected Outlook certificate mismatch errors. Enabled and disabled Exchange Extended Protection as per security requirements. Configured and validated Hybrid environments using Hybrid Configuration Wizard (HCW). Deployed and verified Dedicated Hybrid Application configurations. Consistently ensured stable, secure, and optimized Exchange messaging environments with minimal downtime and rapid issue resolution.
