Validated demand before building: ran B2C surveys, discovery interviews, B2B calls, pricing tests, and pre-launch signups to confirm people understood it, wanted it, and would pay. Then built the product itself - a multi-user dashboard on Supabase, live in 10 days.

It was great to work with Afia. Love the feedback and suggestions portions to what my concept is. She also adjusted everything according to what I wanted the Landing page to reflect. Honestly, I should've done this before plunging into something that other people claim is already a well oiled system...
