Ella, Needs to pay attention to detail and understand that this is business, not a hobby. Also, she lacks knowledge of how to do certain tasks; for instance, she messed up the ISBN barcode. Although her communication is very good, her implementation effort is very low. Eugen Rosu

Ella Khan was very responsive. The revisions took longer than originally planned but I would definitely work with her again.

Working with Ella has been a great experience. I sent her my vision of creating the cover for my children's book and she brought it to the next level to make it a storybook feeling. Thank you so much. I would recommend Ella definitely for creating your next book experience.
