Founder & Managing Director of Sila International Advisory, a European regulatory compliance and legal structuring consultancy based in France. Sila advises companies operating in Europe and international businesses entering the European market on regulatory compliance, data protection, legal structuring and market entry. Our core areas of expertise include GDPR compliance, Data Protection, external DPO services, AI Act compliance, NIS2, DORA and European regulatory requirements. We also advise businesses on European market entry and entity structuring, including the choice between a subsidiary, branch or representative office. My work includes GDPR audits, data processing mapping, DPIAs/AIPDs, privacy policies, data protection governance, data subject rights procedures, personal data breach procedures, DPA and SCC review, regulatory analysis, AI governance and compliance, and ongoing external DPO support. I also advise on the legal and regulatory aspects of international business operations and cross-border projects involving France and the European Union. Sila operates with a practical approach: assessing regulatory exposure before decisions are made, structuring the entity and compliance framework accordingly, and providing ongoing support where required.
