Built and managed a multi-channel ecommerce business across Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, and an independent ecommerce website, taking responsibility for the full customer and product journey from initial market research through fulfillment and post-purchase experience. My work included product and niche research, demand-gap analysis, keyword and buyer-language research, product development and sourcing, marketplace SEO, listing creation and optimization, product photography and visual merchandising, pricing, branding, organic marketing, Pinterest, customer service, merchandising, and day-to-day ecommerce operations. Created or optimized approximately 1,400 Etsy listings and generated more than 15,000 marketplace orders, including 11,500+ orders on Etsy. I developed products and offers around identifiable buyer needs, including products that went on to become long-term sellers in competitive gift and memorial categories. I also created and launched branded product concepts, including the trademarked Heavenly Hugs sympathy-gift brand, developing the brand identity, product assortment, messaging, packaging experience, and ecommerce presentation. This firsthand operating experience taught me how product-market fit, search visibility, buyer intent, positioning, content, conversion, customer experience, and profitability work together—and why stronger SEO cannot compensate for a product or offer that needs better positioning first.

My consulting work draws on more than 15 years of firsthand ecommerce experience and includes product and niche research, market and competitor analysis, buyer-language research, keyword strategy, Etsy marketplace strategy, listing and product-page evaluation, ecommerce SEO, Shopify strategy, Pinterest and organic visibility, product positioning, and practical growth planning. I work with both established sellers and entrepreneurs evaluating new products or markets. Rather than treating SEO as the solution to every problem, I look at the broader commercial picture: buyer demand, competition, differentiation, product-market fit, search intent, pricing and positioning, content, conversion, and channel strategy. My approach is research-driven, practical, and candid. If the evidence suggests a niche is highly saturated, an offer needs stronger differentiation, or a product needs work before additional SEO will help, I explain why and recommend the most useful next steps. The goal is not simply more keywords or more traffic. It is to help sellers make better ecommerce decisions, improve discoverability, strengthen their offers, and build sustainable visibility across the channels that make sense for their business.
