Ik bouw een gerichte RAG kennisbank assistent die relevante informatie ophaalt, bron-ondersteunde antwoorden geeft en zwakke of onondersteunde vragen weigert of doorverwijst in plaats van te gokken.



Deze dienst bevat één duidelijk afgebakend gebruiksgeval, tot 20 voorbereide kennisrecords, retrieval- en bewijsregels, exacte bronvermeldingen, een eenvoudige responsive web chat, veilige geen-antwoord gedrag, broncode en setup-notities.



Mijn referentie-implementatie is ClarityDesk, een zelf-initiated portfolio project met een volledig synthetische productcatalogus. Het toont citation-first antwoorden, bewijsdrempels, besluitsporen en menselijke escalatie. Er wordt geen klant- of commercieel resultaat geëist.
