I run a proper WCAG 2.2 audit: automated scanning plus manual checks (screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, color contrast), not just a scanner-score dump. You get a prioritized issue list with annotated screenshots: what's broken, why it matters, how to fix it.
Higher tiers include the fixes themselves: alt text, form labels, contrast, keyboard traps, ARIA, done properly, not patched to fool a scanner.
What I won't do: tell you your site is "100% compliant" or "certified." No one legitimately can. You get an honest list of real issues and real fixes, from someone who builds accessible sites for a living.

Do you use an automated tool or check by hand?
Both. Automated scanning catches structural issues fast, then I manually verify with a screen reader and keyboard-only navigation, since scanners miss most real usability problems.
