• Design and develop mechanical equipment, UAV airframes, propulsion systems, payload integration, and ground-support systems for advanced drone manufacturing. • Develop detailed technical specifications for manufacturing processes, materials, equipment, and layouts, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. • Review and prepare functional specifications, project documentation, and technical requirements to streamline responsibilities across teams and eliminate duplication of effort. • Create 3D printing prototypes to support advanced manufacturing techniques and accelerate innovation cycles. • Manage procurement and logistics for components and equipment required for drone prototyping, testing, and production. • Establish and implement engineering standards and procedures for UAV systems and subsystems' assembly, testing, inspection, and quality control. • Plan and execute flight tests for new features, electronics, sensors, and payloads, analyzing results to guide improvements. • Direct the maintenance and servicing of multiple UAV platforms, aligning design updates and maintenance schedules with client and operational needs. • Analyze flight test data and prototype evaluations to establish standards for technician utilization and UAV system efficiency. • Stay updated with the latest UAV and mechanical engineering advancements, implementing innovations that drive performance improvements and cost savings.
