How long does the process take?
Standard delivery is 4–7 days for Basic and Standard packages, and 7–10 days for Premium. Rush orders can be arranged for an additional fee.
What file formats will I receive?
All packages include .png and .jpg. Standard and Premium also include .psd, .pdf, and .svg (print-ready vector).
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 2 revisions, Standard up to 3 revisions, and Premium includes unlimited revisions until you’re 100% satisfied.
Can I get branding guidelines?
Yes! Premium includes them, and for Standard or Basic, they can be added for $75. Guidelines include logo files, color palette, typography, layout slides, and 4 mockup assets.
What if I need additional concepts?
Standard includes 2–3 concepts, Premium includes 3+ concepts. Additional concepts can be added as a custom order.
What’s included in the commercial rights?
Commercial rights give you full ownership to use the logo in your business, products, marketing, and online or print materials. This is optional for $50 if not included in Premium.
I’m not happy with the design. What happens?
I work with you until you’re satisfied. Premium includes unlimited revisions. Standard and Basic have set revisions, but additional revisions can be arranged if needed.
