What tasks can you help with as a construction coordinator/va?
I handle document, file, inbox and diary management. I create and update programmes, schedules/gantt charts through progress updates from your site managers. I help streamline systems and processes by creating best practice documents, bulletins, newsletters and reports.
Do you need industry specific experience for this?
Yes, I have experience in estimating, site management and project management and understand the workflow, terminology and documentation standards (as well as warranty standards and NHQB trained). I am PRINCE 2 Practitioner certified and have been manging projects under this model for 4 years now.
Can you help with compliance?
Yes, I can help coordinate and compile compliance submittals, permits and files.
Can you assist with bidding and procurement?
I can assist with sending bid invitations, tracking responses and coordinating follow ups, depending on your process. I am familiar with JCT and NEC contracts.
What timezone are you in, and are you flexible with timezones?
I'm located in London, UK (GMT). i work with clients globally - I adjust based on working hours. My usual working hours are between 18:00 - 24:00 GMT.
