[Ik kan snel werken, maar ik ben vooral een tourende drummer! Zorg dat ik thuis ben voordat je een opdracht plaatst, zodat ik zeker weet dat ik het op tijd kan leveren.]
Mijn naam is Ben en ik ben al meer dan 15 jaar een professionele tour- en studio drummer. Ik specialiseer me nu in old school muziekstijlen zoals Rock'n Roll, Rockabilly, Country, Motown... Ik ben ook een liefhebber van vintage gear.
Als je oldschool drumbeats en sounds nodig hebt, ben je bij het juiste adres!
Ik kan analoge/vintage stijl drums leveren voor jouw nummer, EP of album.
Ongeacht het genre (akoestisch, pop, blues, motown, rock'n roll, rockabilly, country...), kies ik zorgvuldig uit mijn drumkits, snaren, bekkens, microfoons, pre-amps en hardware (zoals een Tape Recorder indien nodig) om je nummer zo goed mogelijk te laten klinken.
We bepalen samen het opnameproces en hoe "vintage" je het wilt hebben!
Ik gebruik drums en bekkens uit de jaren 50 en 60, maar ook moderne exemplaren.
Mijn belangrijkste drumkit is de legendarische studio Ludwig Super classic uit 1967.
Ook als je moderne muziek maakt, geeft een vintage en analoge touch meer persoonlijkheid aan je muziek!
