Deliverables can include PRDs, software requirement specifications, MVP scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, technical requirements, user flows, database/data notes, API documentation outlines, implementation handover notes, and internal user documentation.

You will receive a clean, structured document in Google Docs, Word, Markdown, or PDF format. I focus on clear scope, assumptions, edge cases, and what is explicitly out of scope-so development is easier to estimate and less likely to drift.
