MedEscape is a medical travel company that connects patients with vetted clinics across Latin America and coordinates their care from first inquiry to treatment. I built the operations engine that lets a small team run a high-touch, multi-clinic process. Achievements: • Designed and run 30 live Make.com scenarios covering the full patient journey, from inquiry to deposit paid • Built a two-way SMS reminder system: patients confirm, cancel or reschedule by replying in their own words, cancellations move to a no-show pipeline automatically, and a daily watchdog alerts the team if messages stop sending • Connected four lead sources (website chat, callback form, social lead form, Meta instant forms) to Zoho Bigin, so every lead is in the CRM within seconds with a booking link • Built a CRM pipeline that moves itself: bookings, provider estimates, approvals and deposits update each deal's stage without manual work • Automated provider coordination: consultation invites, cancellations and estimate reminders go out on time without a coordinator chasing them • Added Claude to the live reply handler: it reads every patient text in English or Spanish, routes clear answers automatically and sends anything uncertain to a person Tools: Make.com, Twilio, Zoho Bigin, Google Calendar, Gmail, Meta Lead Ads, GA4, Claude
