Het betekent dat ik je website in de gaten houd, plugins bijwerk, controleer en scan op malware en andere fouten op je website + gratis schoonmaak als malware terugkomt.
Kan ik je alleen de WP admin gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord sturen?
Nee, om je website te reinigen heb ik minimaal FTP toegang nodig (inloggegevens control panel hosting is wenselijk om het werk sneller te laten verlopen).
Zeg je me wat de infectie op mijn website heeft veroorzaakt?
Alleen als ik de oorzaak tijdens de schoonmaak ontdek. Maar maak je geen zorgen, als ik niet kan achterhalen wat de hack heeft veroorzaakt, pas ik een set algemene beveiligingsmaatregelen toe die de meest voorkomende beveiligingsproblemen aanpakken. En als de infectie snel terugkomt, maak ik je website opnieuw gratis schoon!
Is mijn hosting/billing account veilig als ik inloggegevens naar jou stuur?
