I am working as a Zoho Developer at Technology Castle, where I design, customize, and implement end-to-end solutions across multiple Zoho applications to support business operations and automation needs. My responsibilities include configuring Zoho CRM workflows, building custom modules, reports, and dashboards, and integrating Zoho with third-party applications. I also work with Zoho Analytics for data reporting, Zoho Creator for custom applications, Zoho Campaigns, Books, Forms, Sign, SalesIQ, Sites, and Commerce. Additionally, I collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, provide demos, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable, efficient solutions tailored to business needs.
