I worked with Realtor Rosalyne Cohen as a video editor, creating short-form real estate videos and social media reels to help increase engagement and generate more leads. The goal of the project was not only to make visually appealing content but also to create videos that could perform well on social media and attract potential buyers. My work focused on editing reels that showcase different properties, including houses and apartments, in a way that is easy to watch and engaging from the first few seconds. I used fast-paced editing, smooth transitions, and attention-grabbing hooks to improve audience retention and increase the chances of the videos going viral. Several of the reels performed exceptionally well and helped bring more visibility to the listings. One of the biggest challenges of this project was balancing two important goals at the same time. Since Rosalyne Cohen works as a realtor, every reel needed to highlight the best features of a property while also being entertaining enough to perform well on social media platforms. Real estate content can sometimes feel repetitive, so it was important to present each property in a fresh and engaging way. I carefully selected footage and structured the edits to showcase key selling points such as interior spaces, layouts, finishes, and unique property features without making the videos feel too long or promotional. The opening moments of each reel were especially important to capture viewers' attention and encourage them to watch until the end. The final videos helped improve engagement, attract potential clients, and create social media content that supported both brand growth and lead generation for Realtor Rosalyne Cohen.

I worked as a video editor for Europaroad and was responsible for creating a company overview video that explains who they are, what services they provide, and how they manage their operations. The main goal of the project was to present the company's work in a clear and engaging way for its audience. The video was designed to showcase Europaroad's business process, daily operations, and the value they provide to their clients. Instead of using complicated visuals or unnecessary effects, I focused on creating a professional and easy-to-understand story that matched the company's brand and message. One of the biggest challenges of this project was that it was not an interview-style video. There were no talking-head shots or direct explanations from company representatives. This meant that the entire story had to be communicated through the right selection of footage, pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling techniques. I carefully selected and arranged the footage to make sure viewers could understand what the company does and how it operates without anyone speaking directly to the camera. Every scene was placed with a purpose to support the message and maintain audience engagement throughout the video. The final result was a clean and professional company presentation video that successfully delivered Europaroad's message while keeping it visually interesting and easy to follow.
