I do PDF to Excel and PDF to CSV conversion with Python and OCR, including scanned and image-based PDFs where the text cannot be selected. Every file is processed by script rather than retyped, so headers stay consistent and page 400 is handled the same way as page 1.

Can I see a sample before I order?

Can you handle scanned or image PDFs where the text cannot be selected?
Yes. Those go through OCR plus table-structure detection, so rows and columns stay aligned instead of collapsing into one text block. Scan quality matters - a sharp 300 DPI scan converts far better than a phone photo. Send one page and I will run the free 20-row sample on it.
What output format will I receive?
A .XLSX workbook with consistent headers and correct data types, so formulas and pivots work on arrival. CSV or JSON on request. On Batch Convert and OCR Pro, several input files merge into one workbook - one sheet per source plus a combined sheet.
What do you need from me to start?
The PDF files, the pages you want, the exact columns in order with their header names, an example output or template if you have one, and the approximate page count. No template? I will propose a column structure for you to approve first.
What if my PDF has complex tables, merged cells or handwriting?
Complex layouts are handled with layout detection and per-table extraction; merged cells are preserved or split to match your template. Clean printed handwriting usually converts; messy cursive is the one case accuracy drops, and I will say so before you order.
How long does delivery take?
Small jobs in 2 days, larger OCR batches up to 5, and I aim to beat the stated date. On larger jobs you get a partial file (first 50 rows) within the first few hours. Hard deadline? Message me before ordering and I will confirm whether it is realistic.
Is my data confidential, and do you keep my files?
Your files are used only to produce your deliverable. I do not share, resell or reuse them. Ask me to delete the working copies after delivery and I will confirm in writing. Sensitive content? Send a redacted sample page for the free preview first.
