The calls are made using a dialer which tracks the time and dates the calls are made. Also, the results will be delivered to you in a spreadsheet ( Excel, Google sheet etc. ).

Out of 500 phone calls supposedly we achieved one appointment. However, there is no contact name for the appointment no decisionmaker details for the appointment. I would not classify it as an appointment.. I have high expectations when it came to booking appointments as we specifically targeted trades...
