For the basic gig you'll get a review of your website, how it functions from a potential user's point of view. Things I look for include navigational structure, ease of access, platform disadvantages, utilization of calls to action, potential indexing issues, and connections to other outlets for your business.
For the add on, I'll review up to three (3) of your direct competitors that you provide and give you some ideas of what they're doing that might benefit you as well. I will also give you an overview of your localized listings and citation directories and how you are appearing out there in all these different, weird little places.
