Do you work with every type of company?
Yes. I have supported companies and individuals from all over the world in practically every industry! However: I will NOT support any accounts that promote products that can be harmful to health (like nicotine, dangerous weight loss products) or accounts propagating hate, racism, or sexism.
Late Reschedule/No-Show
A reschedule is considered late when the cancelation attempt happens less than 24 hours (GMT/BST) before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without rescheduling. In either case, I will charge a missed appointment fee of 100% of the original service fee.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
When you book your appointment, you are holding space on my calendar that is no longer available to my other clients. In order to be respectful of others, please, if you want to reschedule your consultation, message me 24 before the appointment. (GMT/BST).
What is happening if I miss your messages and because of that you cannot deliver in time?
I will add an extra two days to the project for free, but from there, every additional day I have to extend the project would cost 30 USD/day.
What is your availability to work?
I work from Monday to Friday, 9-5 PM GMT/BST.
