• Q: What if my audio/video files exceed 120 minutes in length?
A: Just type the number of minutes you want to transcribe in the box on the right-hand corner of the order page or contact me and I'll create a custom offer just for you!
• Q: When are you available for a transcription job?
A: I'm a full-time, work from home freelance transcriber so I'm always available to provide you with a top-notch transcript for your video or audio files. Even if you don't see me online you can still contact me and I will respond to you promptly.
• Q: What kind of transcripts do you work on?
A: Verbatim - word for word transcription, e.g. legal transcription. Non-verbatim - omitting unnecessary words, e.g. interview transcription. Edit Transcription - edited transcript focusing on key points, e.g. reports, podcast. Just make your request.
• Q: How can I send you large audio/video files?
A: You can have large audio files send to me by uploading them to Dropbox or Google Drive and have the link send to me.
• Q: What is your speakers limitation?
.A: My gig service includes up to four (4) speakers identification tag. You can add extras for additional speakers. Please contact me if you have any questions to ask.
• Q: What's your charge rate and delivery time?
A: PLEASE SEE BOX FOR CHARGE RATE AND DELIVERY TIME. Additional costs incurred for extra minutes. If you need a faster delivery time from what is being set, additional costs incurred as well. (Please see extras for additional speakers and timestamp).
• Q: Can you provide me with a summary of the transcription?
