Veelgestelde vragen
My Meta Business verification was rejected. Can you help?
Yes. I review the rejection reason, check the business details and identify the likely blocker. Standard includes correcting one issue within your account and preparing one resubmission.
Why is the business verification option missing or greyed out?
I check your Meta Business Manager settings, access and account status to find what may be blocking the option. You will receive a fix plan; Standard includes one eligible setup fix.
Can you fix a restricted Meta Business Manager?
I can review the restriction notice and correct an account setup issue within scope. If Meta requires a review, I will explain the next steps. Meta decides whether to restore access.
What documents do I need for Meta business verification?
Send the document requirements shown in your Meta account and the details you plan to submit. I will check for visible mismatches and tell you what needs attention before resubmission.
Can you fix my Meta domain verification?
Yes. Standard can cover one domain issue. With authorized website or DNS access, I can check the verification method, correct the setup and confirm the status shown in Meta Business Suite.
My WhatsApp API phone number is stuck or will not connect. Can you help?
Premium covers setup and testing for one eligible number. I check its current registration state, the Meta configuration and the connection error before setting up WhatsApp Cloud API.
Can you help with a rejected WhatsApp display name?
I can review the reason shown in Meta and identify what may need changing. A name change or new submission must follow Meta’s requirements, and Meta makes the approval decision
My WhatsApp Cloud API is set up but messages are not sending. What will you check?
In Premium, I check the number configuration, access permissions and connection, then run a messaging test. Tell me if you also need webhook or CRM work so I can confirm its scope first.
