I'm a HubSpot developer, not a marketer. I work on the HubSpot API rather than just the dashboard, so when native integrations run out of road, that is where I start.

How I work:
You keep everything. Code runs on your infrastructure with your API keys, no monthly fee to me.
Built for failure. Rate limits, retries and logging, because APIs go down and data must not be lost.
Documented handover so your team can maintain it.
Stack: Python, HubSpot API v3, OAuth, webhooks, PostgreSQL, and Zapier or Make when they are genuinely the cheaper answer.

Can you connect HubSpot to a tool with no native integration?
Usually yes. If the other tool has an API or webhooks, I can build the bridge. Tell me both tools before you order and I will confirm it is possible, including when Zapier or Make would do the job for less.
Do I need a paid HubSpot plan for API work?
The API works on free HubSpot, but custom objects and some workflow features need Enterprise. I will tell you upfront which tier your build actually needs, before you spend anything on an upgrade.
Do I own the code, or am I locked into you?
You own it. The integration runs on your infrastructure using your own HubSpot API keys, and you get the source and documentation. No monthly fee to me and no dependency on me to keep it running.
What happens if the API fails or hits rate limits?
That is designed for, not hoped against. Standard and Premium include retry logic, rate limit handling and logging, so a failed call is retried and recorded rather than silently losing your data.
I am not technical. Can you still help?
Yes. Describe the outcome you want in plain terms, for example when a deal closes create a record in our billing system, and I will work out the technical route and explain it without jargon.
