I began my journey at Khanuja Law Firm as a Legal Assistant, then moved into a Medical Coordinator role, and then promoted and served as the Office Manager. With each step, I’ve taken on more responsibility and now oversee the entire workflow of our team, ensuring high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: • Audit and review the daily work of all agents to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Oversee scheduling, case updates, and coordination between departments (legal, medical, and admin). • Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and case management. • Handle internal communication, updates, and process improvements across the office. • Assist in managing high-priority cases and ensuring all client needs are met promptly. • Ensure timely follow-up with medical providers, clients, and third parties. • Take full ownership of day-to-day office operations, resolving issues as they arise. • Train and support new team members, and help create streamlined workflows. This role has helped me grow into a leadership position, where I contribute to both the strategic and operational sides of the firm.
