National Development Plan–2047 Project of IMARAT (a real estate company) (www.//imarat.com.pk/), which is a long-term strategic plan formulated under the border vision of “IMARAT Vision-2047” (https://www.linkedin.com/posts/imaratpk_vision-2047-is-more-than-just-a-corporate-ugcPost-), to guide the economic growth, land uses, and Human development of cities and districts in Pakistan, with a focus on the efficient use of land, labor, and capita. The plan is developed on a city- and district-wise basis across Pakistan. Completed work includes 18 cities/districts out of 156 nationwide. Land Information Management System Project under Propmax.ai (a subsidiary of IMARAT) (www.//propmax.ai/), where we developed the first-ever Online Property Verification System (OPVS) for more than 4.5 million land parcels, with 70+ attributes, across Pakistan. Regulatory Project of IMARAT Downtown, including regulatory and technical advisory services of IMARAT Downtown (www.//imarat.com.pk/imarat-downtown/), a Highrise mixed-used project on an area of 181,500 square yards in Islamabad, Pakistan. Property Inspection Reports of more than 100 properties. The Property Inspection Report is a major report consisting of various sections, including Basic Property information, Regulatory, Master Plan, Livability, and Valuation sections.
