I will do discord moderation community management and conversational engagement

moderation is important for any community server or even in ones life itself which mostly we forget unless there's someone to remind us of what's right and wrong which i've been doing for a long time whether it be on youtube live chat or discord where people like to say things state their opinion or simply have a conversation there's a chance of them hurting one or another which is where a third party intervention is required to make them realize where they went wrong or made a mistake while making sure they don't feel antagonized/suppressed
