Your SMS isn't sending. Here's why and how to fix it.
If your GoHighLevel or Twilio messages are getting blocked, filtered, or your A2P 10DLC campaign came back rejected, the problem is almost never the platform. It's the submission.
Wrong EIN format. Legal name that doesn't match your IRS CP-575. A website with no visible opt-in checkbox. Sample messages missing STOP language. Any one of these and the carriers reject you often without telling you which one.

How long does approval take?
i submit within 24 hours. Carrier and TCR review then takes 3–7 business days. That window belongs to the carriers, not me — what I control is a clean first submission so you don't restart the clock with a rejection.
My campaign was already rejected. Can you fix it?
Yes, this is most of my orders. Send me the rejection reason or error code and I'll tell you what actually went wrong before you order. Common causes: EIN/legal name mismatch with IRS records, no visible opt-in on your website, or sample messages missing STOP and HELP language.
I don't have an EIN. Can I still register?
Yes — sole proprietor registration exists for exactly this. It has lower throughput limits than a standard brand, but it gets you sending legally. I'll set expectations on volume before we start.
What do you need from me?
Business legal name exactly as filed, EIN, business address and phone, website URL, and access to your GHL or Twilio account. I send a short checklist immediately after you order.
My website has no privacy policy or opt-in checkbox.
Is that a problem? It's the most common rejection cause. Carriers check that your site shows how people consent to receive texts. In Standard I tell you exactly what to add; in Premium I build and install it.
Can you also set up my SMS automations after approval?
