Do I need a Stape account?
Yes for Standard and Premium. Stape is a paid server hosting service billed to your own account, so you keep full ownership. I will guide you through signup.
Will this track Shopify checkout and purchase events?
Yes. Shopify checkout runs in a sandbox, so I use a Customer Events pixel to capture checkout, payment and purchase events correctly
Will my purchases be counted twice?
No. Browser and server events share the same Event ID, so Meta keeps one. I verify this in Meta Test Events and send you screenshots.
What is Event Match Quality (EMQ)?
A Meta score (0 to 10) showing how well your events match real users. I send hashed customer data to improve it. My demo store reached 8.0 for Purchase.
I already have the Facebook and Instagram Shopify app. Is that a problem?
It can create duplicate events. Please message me before ordering so I can check your current setup and plan it safely.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Please add me as a collaborator or partner with the required access. Never share your passwords or access tokens in chat
