Ik ben een professionele muzikant met meer dan 25 jaar ervaring, een multi-instrumentalist. Ik begon met muziek lezen en schrijven, saxofoon, trombone en percussion in het schoolorkest. Hoe wordt de prijs van de transcriptie bepaald?
Ik kijk vooral naar de instrumentale moeilijkheid en variatie, en ook naar de kwaliteit van de mix/recording. Lengte is hier niet het belangrijkste, want het is makkelijker om 5 minuten folk te transcriberen dan 2 minuten metal shredding.
Hoe gedetailleerd zijn hun transcripties?
Ik ben trots op het maken van notaties die de nuances van elke uitvoering vastleggen. Als muzikant begrijp ik de waarde van articulatie: slides, legato lijnen, staccato accentuaties, palm mutes, slappen; Al dat en meer wordt weergegeven in de transcriptie.
Welke software gebruikt u voor transcriptie?
Ik gebruik Guitar Pro 8, waarmee ik tabs en notaties van verschillende instrumenten kan maken in PDF-formaat. Ik kan ook MIDI-bestanden, audiobestanden en natuurlijk bestanden voor andere Guitar Pro gebruikers (8 of eerdere versies) exporteren.
