Working on a national project of international Water Management Institute of Sri Lanka to identify and map wetlands in Sri Lanka using advanced remote sensing techniques using Google Earth Engine. Assisted in satellite data processing, wetland classification and spatial analysis using multi-temporal and multi-sensor imagery. Applied spectral water indices, time-series analysis and machine learning classification techniques and integrated hydrological and bathymetric datasets with accuracy assessment and geospatial modeling to improve mapping reliability. Designed and developed an online web dashboard for wetland visualization and decision support to stakeholders.
