How do I get started?
Choose a package and place your order, then send me your ideas: theme, games, channels you need, colors. Not sure? Message me first and we'll pick the right package together. I build the server and transfer ownership to you: I only need your Discord username, never your password.
Can you revamp my existing server?
Yes! For +$10 I rebuild and upgrade your existing server: structure, design, permissions and the bot. Your members, messages and history stay safe. After ordering, invite me with a temporary admin role and remove it once we're done.
What exactly is "your own private bot"?
A bot made only for your server, with your server's name and avatar. One bot does what usually needs 5-10 public bots: moderation, welcome cards, levels, tickets, logs, alerts and more. No other server uses it, and no premium paywalls.
What happens after the first year?
You can keep your bot online for $55/year, with hosting, updates, 24/7 monitoring and nightly backups included. No renewal? The bot simply leaves and your server stays yours, fully working. No hidden costs, no automatic charges.
Which kinds of servers do you build?
Gaming, e-sports, MMO guilds, D&D and tabletop RPG, streamers and content creators, crypto and trading, brands, clubs and associations. Every server gets its own theme and design, built around your community.
Will you help me after delivery?
Of course. I explain everything in the delivery and you get a complete guide for your staff. Your bot is monitored 24/7 for the whole year. On CITADEL you also get 1 year of technical support for any question.
Can I have a music bot?
Yes: every package includes a 24/7 radio channel, and an ambient music bot for RPG sessions is available as an extra. I don't use YouTube/Spotify music bots: they keep getting shut down, and I want your server to keep working.
Do you offer other languages?
Yes. The server and the bot can be in English or Italian, and other languages are available as an extra (+$15).
Is my members' data safe?
Your bot runs on a private server in the EU and only saves what it needs to work (no message content). You get simple Terms and a Privacy Policy for your community. Nightly backups protect your server.
