Which languages do you support?
I work with Latvian, Russian, and English — including mixed-language files where speakers switch between languages. As a native Latvian and Russian speaker with fluent English, I deliver native-level accuracy in all three.
What types of files do you transcribe?
I transcribe audio (MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG) and video (MP4, MOV, AVI) files. Common projects: interviews, podcasts, business meetings, webinars, lectures, YouTube videos, and voice notes. Maximum file size depends on package — message me for larger projects!
Do you include timestamps and speaker labels?
Yes! Timestamps come standard in Standard and Premium packages. Speaker identification is included for up to 2 speakers (Standard) or 3 speakers (Premium). Additional speakers can be added for $5 each. Output formats: Word (.docx), SRT subtitles, or plain text.
What can affect transcription accuracy?
Clear audio gives the best results. Heavy background noise, overlapping speech, very strong accents, or technical issues may reduce accuracy. For best results: record in a quiet space, ask speakers to take turns, and use a good microphone. Difficult files may need extra time or a custom offer.
Should I message you before ordering?
Yes, please message me first if your file has poor audio quality, more than 3 speakers, mixed languages, special formatting requests, or is longer than 1 hour. I'll review your file and provide a custom offer if needed. Free 5-minute sample available for long projects!
