Over deze dienst
Your community shouldn't live in scattered WhatsApp groups, Facebook posts and email threads. Let's turn it into a Circle.so space members love and pay for.
I'm Rachael, a Circle.so and automation specialist. Most setups stop at spaces and branding. I go further and connect Circle to the tools you already use, so onboarding, payments and follow-ups run on their own.
WHAT I BUILD
- Full Circle.so setup: spaces, navigation, branding
- Courses with lessons, drip content and quizzes
- Free, paid and tiered memberships with Stripe
- Member onboarding flows and welcome workflows
- Events, gamification and community rules
- Migration from Skool, Kajabi or Facebook Groups
THE AUTOMATION EDGE
I link Circle to your CRM, email platform and forms with Zapier, Make or n8n, so new buyers get access instantly and nobody slips through the cracks.
WHY WORK WITH ME
- Clean, easy-to-navigate structure members actually use
- Clear updates at every stage
- Handover video so you can run it yourself
Not sure which package fits? Message me about your community and I'll recommend the right setup.

I give busy founders and executives their time back. I manage inboxes, calendars, travel, research, data entry, CRM updates and social media scheduling, and I'm fast, discreet and detail-obsessed. I'm also an automation specialist, so I don't just do your repetitive tasks; I set up systems so they run themselves (Zapier, Make, n8n, Google Workspace, Notion). Send me your messiest to-do list and let's clear it.
Veelgestelde vragen
Can you set up my community from scratch?
Yes. I build the full structure: spaces, navigation, branding, permissions, courses, memberships and onboarding. You get a community that's ready to launch, not just a blank workspace.
I already have a Circle community. Can you fix it?
Absolutely. I'll audit your current setup, clean up confusing navigation, restructure spaces and courses, and improve onboarding so members find their way and stay engaged.
What makes you different from other Circle setup sellers?
I'm an automation specialist. I connect Circle to your CRM, email platform, payments and forms with Zapier, Make or n8n, so access, onboarding and follow-ups happen automatically.
What do you need from me to get started?
Admin access to Circle, your logo and brand colors, and a short note on your audience and goals. No structure yet? I'll draft one for you to approve before I build.
Can't I just set this up myself?
You could. But it can take days of tutorials and trial and error, especially paywalls and integrations. I'll get it done right the first time while you focus on your members and content.
Will you create my course content?
I don't write your curriculum, since you're the expert in your field. I'll upload, structure and format your lessons, set up drip schedules and quizzes, and make everything look polished.
I'm not a tech person. Will I be able to manage it?
Yes. I keep the setup simple and walk you through how to run it, from posting and managing members to updating courses, so you're confident after handover.
Is my data safe with you?
Yes. I only use the access needed for your project, never share your data, and I'm happy to sign an NDA. You can remove my access as soon as the job is done.
