I will set up your discord server with roles onboarding and tickets

Give new members a clear route from joining your Discord to getting help. I will organize your server, configure existing bots and test the agreed roles, permissions and support flow.
I own and operate an established Discord community and run Varuo Digital. You work directly with the person doing the setup.
Choose your scope:
- Basic: up to 8 channels, 4 roles and 1 existing bot.
- Standard: up to 15 channels, 8 roles, onboarding and 1 ticket panel.
- Premium: up to 25 channels, 12 roles, onboarding, tickets, a staff checklist and a short walkthrough.
All packages include a needs review, up to 8 starter rules for your approval and permission checks. Premium adds a one-page launch plan. You keep ownership. Seven days of handoff questions and correction of issues introduced by my setup are included.
Tell me whether the server is new or existing, its purpose and the member journey you need. Paid bot subscriptions, new graphics, custom bot code, ongoing moderation and member growth are not included.

Do you need my Discord password?
No. Keep your account and server ownership. Invite me with the permissions needed for the agreed setup; remove that access after handoff.
Can you improve an existing server?
Yes. Send its channel and role structure first. We agree on changes and preserve existing content; deletion or major restructuring requires your approval.
Are premium bots or graphics included?
I configure existing bots: up to 1 in Basic, 2 in Standard and 3 in Premium, for the agreed functions. Bot subscription fees and new graphics are excluded. I use artwork you own. Custom code and payment integrations require separate scope.
Who will do the work?
I operate Varuo Digital myself and handle the agreed work directly.
How many revisions are included?
Basic and Standard include one revision round; Premium includes two. A round is one consolidated set of feedback within the agreed scope. New features or workflows require a separate agreement.
What support is included?
Seven days of handoff questions and correction of defects introduced by my work are included. New features, third-party changes and ongoing maintenance are separate.
How do you handle server security?
I use only agreed permissions, check member/staff visibility and test private ticket access where included. You keep ownership and remove my access after handoff. I never need your password. Setup is not a security audit or a guarantee against raids.
