I will be your discord community manager and moderator

Each package sets hours per day. You pick the window (e.g. 9am to 1pm EST) and I stay in it. Outside the window, automod runs and I check in once for emergencies. Need round-the-clock cover? Add the second shift or a second mod as an extra.

I lock affected channels, enable slowmode, remove the accounts, post a short calm notice, and tell you what happened. Automod rules get tightened the same day so it doesn't repeat.

No. A Moderator role with manage messages, kick, ban, timeout and manage threads is enough. Announcements need send permission in that channel. You keep ownership and admin; I never ask for them.

That's not what this gig sells. I keep the members you have active and safe, which is what makes growth stick. If you want promotion, I'll say so upfront and quote it separately rather than promise numbers here.

Yes. Send me the news in a few lines and I'll write it in your project's voice, with the right pings and formatting. Daily engagement posts and polls are included from Standard up.

Yes. AMAs, giveaways, game nights, trivia and watch parties. Two are included in Standard, four in Premium. I plan, host, and post the recap.

NFT and crypto projects, gaming servers, creator communities and SaaS support servers. Same job in each: moderate, welcome, engage, report.

Basic gets an end-of-week summary. Standard and Premium get a weekly written report: active members, messages, tickets handled, incidents, what to improve. Premium adds a monthly trend view.

Yes, as an add-on. Same hours, same report, with Telegram-specific spam handling. Many crypto projects run both, so I keep announcements in sync.

Server invite, the timezone window you want covered, your rules or a rough list, and who I escalate to. I'll confirm start time within a few hours of the order.
